Clothing and Toy Request Form

Please complete one request form for each individual — including babies. (For example, if there are five people in a family, please submit five separate forms.) Our goal is to provide clothing and toys that best match your needs and preferences, so the more information and details you can share, the better we can fill your request. Please keep in mind that we are only able to provide items based on what we currently have in stock.

We do not offer delivery unless you are a Goods for Good partner organization. Please only submit a request if you are able to pick up your order when it is ready from our site at 5830 Nebraska Ave NW in Washington, DC.
