April Project: Leave No Dirt Behind
Donate supplies to make homes cleaner, and therefore healthier, for low-income families and seniors. We are partnering with Home Care Partners, who enable vulnerable people to remain in their own homes in comfort, safety, and dignity. G4G Deadline: April 30. Donate requested cleaning items. Help us fill a cleaning closet for low-income and mostly home-bound seniors. Purchase from any store or buy from our wishlist. If you order from the wishlist, it will ship to our office. You can also drop off other brand-new products – as long as they have \s the same purpose as those on the wishlist – drop off at any Ally Site. Make a “Cleaning Kit.” Fill a plastic mop bucket with the cleaning essentials you love and want to share with others. Get the kids involved! Items can be dropped off at any Ally Site. |
Ongoing Projects
Create a Birthday Box for a child in a shelter. Through this project, you can provide a family living in a shelter with the items for a true moment of joy and celebration on their child’s birthday. Details including information about what goes in the Birthday Box, dates to sign up, and locations are on the Sign-Up (you can look before committing).

Cook with your heart. Feed residents at area shelters a homemade meal. Learn more about the options and dropping off or serving in person (you can look before committing). If you wish to cook but cannot drop off, sign up and then contact G4G for delivery support.
Help manage our clothing pantries and distribute clothing for migrants, refugees, and other neighbors in need. Sort and organize clothing donations at G4G and the migrant center, and/or help facilitate clothing “pop ups” in the community. Details for all opportunities are on our sign up.

G4G is now collecting spring/summer clothing for all ages and sizes. Please donate only high quality clothing items and items on our list. Of particular need is seasonal shoes, men and women’s medium sized clothing, and kids clothing.
